1. Cam Newton and Steve Smith are going to be a dynamic combination. Give them a little more time together, and they’re going to cause some damage.
2. The Falcons were disappointing. I expected more from Matt, Roddy, Julio and Jaquizz. Maybe next time.
3. The Steelers…SMH! I saw the score to this game and didn’t even feel the need to watch it. But in the words of my father, who’s been a diehard Steelers fan for years, “They looked horrible!!!”
4. My fantasy football teams are pretty solid. I won 3 of my 4 games. This may be my new addiction.
5. I refer to Miles Austin as Kim Kardashian’s ex. I’m sure he would not be pleased by that fact. *shrugs*
6. There were some great 9/11 tribute commercials. State Farm’s (directed by Spike Lee) was by far my favorite, but Verizon Wireless and Budweiser had some great commercials too. The horses bowing brought tears to my eyes.
