Yo Gotti is being accused of stealing his "28 Bars" song in a recent lawsuit filed in Tennessee.

Yo Gotti is at the center of a lawsuit which claims he stole his hit "28 Bars."

AllHipHop reports that Eric Dion Flemming filed the suit against Yo Gotti and his manager Brandon Cottrell in the United States District Court, for the Middle District of Tennessee, Nashville Division.

The suit was filed on June 6th and says that Flemming submitted a musical composition to Starlito, who is signed to Yo Gotti's Inevitable Entertainment. Flemming claims that Starlito gave the music to Yo Gotti, who used it for his song "28 Bars," which then appeared in a variety of outlets, including many mixtapes and online retailers like iTunes.

Flemming says he e-mailed Gotti about the track, and he did not deny the infringement. Flemming is suing for copyright infringement and is asking for a trial by jury, to determine damages.
