GRIND 2 GLORY IS A GROUP WHERE ARTIST ARE ALLOWED 2 SHOWCASE THEY GRIND...while your CD’s out there your product is out there, now all you need is to get it heard. Distribution is very important. In my opinion, I've heard a lot of people and a lot of radio announcers say that they won’t play a product unless they have national distribution. How do you get distribution? What are some of the things that go into being distributed? Who are the right distributors to go with? Or do you distribute it yourself? You know I think a good idea would be to leave your product out there, release it yourself if you're going independent, and sell it on your own. Go out in every church, every program, every musical, every concert, or out on the back of the truck of your car, selling your product. But make sure you have a bar code so you keep track of your sales. When you go to a distributor, you could tell them, hey look at my charts, look at my numbers, I've sold excellent new product on my own, by myself. So if you can go through a distributor with numbers and prove that you’ve sold so many pieces of product on your own that helps add weight to getting it done. Now just because you have a distribution dealer you've not reached the summit, it still takes a lot of work. You better make sure you have the right distributor that will put money behind your product and help market it and push it. There several distribution dealers that are out there make sure you pick the right one to help your product to go where it needs to go. I don’t care if you’re selling fertilizer you have to have distribution. It’s the most important part of anything that you’re doing. That’s always been a problem in with Black patents that’s why we had always had to sell our patents because we have no way of distributing. So we could make, invent something but we couldn’t get it out there into the market place. Without having distribution, you can't sell a record. You can't sell anything without distribution. You can't sell cans of beans without distribution because you’re making them in your backyard, how are you going to sell them? Somebody’s got to put them in the store. Therefore you’ve got to find a way to get them out. Distribution is the vital part of the chain between the artist creating his music on a record and that record getting into record stores so the public can go and
buy it
